Weldcote introduced its MIG 200 Striker multipurpose welding machine for steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Designed for metal inert gas (MIG), tungsten inert gas (TIG) and stick welding, the machine is a small, compact, dual-voltage (115-volt or 230-volt) unit with digital readouts that automatically identifies the power grid voltage and operates accordingly. The welder features power factor corrector (PFC), which increases power efficiency, reduces input power requirements, and stabilizes the welding current, maximizing efficiency on extension cords and generators. The MIG 200 Striker is a single-phase inverter for synergic operation with MIG, lift TIG and stick welding. An optional spool gun, 15-inch (381-mm) MIG gun and 12-inch (305-mm) TIG torch can be purchased separately. A flow gauge regulator comes standard.
