Judge finds cleanup of soil and groundwater constitutes removal action although stretching over number of years

U.S. Judge Anne E. Thompson of the District of New Jersey held on Dec. 31 that Litgo New Jersey Inc.'s cleanup activities on the former Somerville Iron Works site in New Jersey constitute a removal action that is not barred by the statute of limitations even though the work stretched over a number of years.
