U.S. Judge Anita Brody of the Eastrern District of Pennsylvania granted on Aug. 1 the motion by parties to a consent decree that settled the United States' CERCLA action against four defendants for a total of $1.4 million plus interest with respect to the Malvern TCE Superfund site in Chester County to set new deadlines under seal for selling some of the property.
