Oystar Gasti, Germany, offers the Dogaseptic cup-filling and wrapping machine which runs to ultra-clean and aseptic hygienic standards.rnThese keep the packaging process free of vegetative and other micro-organisms. Both hygiene standards are thoroughly secured via a completely closed machine system that protects against recontamination by infected ambient air and offers secure packaging material sterilisation by hydrogen peroxide (H_2O_2).rnMeanwhile, Oystar Hassia, Germany, employs aseptic systems using steam to sterilise foil in form-filling and sealing machines. Steam is already present in most dairy and food processing plants. In contrast to chemicals, steam leaves no residue in the product and is safe for personnel. Campina Deutschland, for example, has turned its back on sterilisation with hydrogen peroxide in favour of the steam sterilisation process, performed at approximately 150℃, that has been developed by the company.
