The pet food company All-Feed Processing & Packing says it will contest a significant OSHA enforce ment action. The agency cited the Alpha, Illinois, business for 23 safety and health violations at its Galva site. Proposed fines total $758,450 and include willful violations of OSHA's air contaminant, respiratory protection, and hearing conserva tion standards.
