Testing the Reliability of Cellular Online Searching

Anyone who has done online demonstrations using an unfamiliar computer setup has encountered some of these problems: 1. The classroom reserved for the demonstration does not have a data line. 2. The setup for the demo includes logon protocols that are unfamiliar to you. 3. You want to demonstrate the World-Wide Web, but the setup that was made available doesn't have a graphical browser. Of course, there may be "work-arounds" for these problems—moving the demonstration to another site, checking out the setup in advance, or bringing your own computer to the demo. But each of the solutions requires time and adds complexity to what should be a straightforward task. And even these solutions are futile for online searching if no data line is available onsite.
