Barclays Capital apparently won't be satisfied just trading physical oil. The international banking giant is taking a step out of Morgan Stanley's energy trading playbook, and will charter oil tankers on a long-term basis, sources confirm to Oil Express. The entry into the tanker market could give the bank flexibility in transporting fuel in the North Atlantic, and avoid wild volatility in cargo freight rates.
