Network Rail, RIDDOR and under-reporting

Some Network Rail workers and their managers failed to report 'over-3-day injuries' under RIDDOR - the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 - because they were frightened of the potential consequences. This is one of the findings of a new report by the Rail Standards and Safety Board (RSSB).
