Nuclear review

Following the failures at the Fukushima nuclear plant in Japan after the 2011 tsunami, the European Union (EU) requested that the safety of all EU nuclear plants should be reviewed, on the basis of a voluntary 'stress test'. All countries have now submitted their final reports on the re-assessment and these are available on the European Nuclear Safety Regulators Group's website. The site also offers full access to EU reports, background information and other relevant documents as the process comes to a conclusion.
