EU EMPLOYERS POOR ON STRESS MANAGEMENT

Seventy-nine per cent of managers across Europe are concerned about work-related stress, according to research by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA). However, despite this heightened awareness, just 26% of employers have procedures in place to deal with the problem.rnThe European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks was based on 36,000 interviews with managers and health and safety representatives in 31 European countries.
