摘要

Structural inequalities and differences in terms of gender, employment status and occupation are still significant for workers in Europe, the sixth European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS) has found1. The EWCS, published by the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound), aims to measure working conditions across European countries, identify at-risk groups, and highlight issues of concern and areas of progress. Nearly 44,000 workers were interviewed in 35 European countries for the sixth edition. They were asked questions about employment status, work organisation, learning and training, working-time duration and organisation, physical and psychosocial risk factors, health and safety, work-life balance, worker participation, earnings and financial security, as well as work and health.
