PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working condition management system capable of reducing the works of a person to be acknowledged and an acknowledger.;SOLUTION: A server for managing the working condition of the person to be acknowledged comprises a management information generation means 31 for generating working management information for managing the working condition of the person to be acknowledged on the basis of at least one of calendar master data, working form master data and the personal information of the person to be acknowledged; a working management information DB 24 for storing the working management information generated by the means 31; a receiving means for receiving a change request of the working management information stored in the DB 23 on the basis of an external request; and a first acknowledgement means 33 for acknowledging the working management information stored in the DB when the change information of the working management information is not received by the receiving means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
