A group of states and anti-nuclear groups have gone back to courtrnin their fight against an NRC rule that says the continued storage ofrnutility spent fuel, even for an indefinite period, is safe, andrnrequested that the entire federal appeals court for the District ofrnColumbia rehear the case.
