Little buying interest likely for Centrica stake in UK reactor business: analyst

There is likely to be little buying interest in the 20% stake of the nuclear generation business that is being sold by UK utility Centrica, an energy analyst and an academic have said. Centrica announced in a statement July 31 that it was looking to sell the 20% that it owns in Lake Acquisitions, the holding company for the UK nuclear power generation business that is 80% owned by EDF Energy.
