EPA Decides on Clean Up Plan for West Lake Landfill Radioactive Waste

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has decided on a method to clean up radioactive waste at the West Lake Landfill Superfund site in Bridgeton, and it's opposed by one of the parties expected to pay for it. The $205 million plan, signed as a "record of decision" by EPA Acting Administrator Andrew Wheeler, cuts a year and $30 million from a proposal released in February.
