India, Russia, & Bangladesh Sign Nuclear Cooperation Agreement

India has signed a tripartite nuclear cooperation agreement with foreign partners Russia and Bangladesh, which paves the way for Nuclear Power Corp. of India Ltd. to participate as a supplier for the Roopur Nuclear Station that Russia is constructing in Bangladesh.
