MOCHA: MOBILITY-ORIENTED CONTENTS HOSTING ARCHITECTURE CONCEPT, STRUCTURE AND SERVICE FOR MOBILE USER

摘要

This paper proposes an architecture for an information distribution system for mobile users, called MOCHA. This architecture effieciently provides selected necessary information for mobile users through appropriate communication media suited to the user's environment. To verify its effectiveness, we constructed an experimental system, called MOCHA-Navi, which provides useful information to users in vehicles. The results show that contents hosting technique is important for an information distribution system and the MOCHA can distribute contents efficiently.
