Time for healing the planet and people

The last 12 months have brought heightened awareness of the interdependencies between the health of the environment and the well-being of humans, and there is better understanding of the need for urgency in tackling the global biodiversity crisis and climate emergency. The challenges are great but the possibilities are immense. Almost all research at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh underpins conservation action, with a particular focus on the translation of policy-relevant science into conservation practice.
