SECRETARY'S NOTES

摘要

In the previous issue of Naval Engineers Journal, President Kiss reported that he had appointed an ad hoc committee, chaired by Dr. Leigh McCue, to develop a plan for implementing the Bylaws change that authorized establishment of a student member position on the ASNE Council, with that member to be elected by the student membership of the Society. The ad hoc committee was tasked to develop procedures for conducting that election, and to propose specific eligibility criteria and terms of office for the position.
