Active Motif's EpiShear™ sonication products are ideal for shearing chromatin and DNA for use in ChIP, DNA methylation studies and Next-Gen sequencing. The EpiShear Multi-Sample Sonicator is a high-intensity cup horn sonicator that can process up to eight samples simultaneously, while the EpiShear Probe Sonicator provides the flexibility to shear a larger range of sample sizes. Both include features which ensure reproducible results such as fully-programmable generators with keypads and digital displays that simplify programming the amplitude, total sonication time and duration of the On and Off cycles.
