Young children prove to be reliable witnesses in cases from vastly different parts of the world

A number of UFO sightings have occurred at school yards around the globe, and children have been the primary, and in some cases, the only observers. Interviewing these young witnesses can be uniquely informative and deeply frustrating. Many adults believe that childhood is colored by an inability to distinguish between fantasy and reality, and for a variety of reasons children sometimes tell fibs. Even those skeptical of childhood veracity, however, must concede that children frequently display the unjaded curiosity that accompanies encountering something for the first time.
