So far in 2011, MUFON has been notified of at least two major Category 3 UFO events, the type that may lead to significant discovery. Seldom does a MUFON field investigator have a UFO experience while conducting an investigation. MUFON investigators usually arrive on the scene after the event. Recently, however, Chase Kloetz-ke, MUFON's Star Team manager, was a witness in a Category 3 case.
