Ten thousand ACDelco Total Service Support (TSS) technicians had the opportunity to compete in the contest called the "Technician of The Millennium." I took my online test and felt confident about my answers. The top five contestants of each region would move on to compete in a hands-on, head-to-head timed contest. But I never thought I would ever score high enough on the tests to move to the next level. I soon realized the jubilation, as well as the pressure, of competition.
