Gauge lubricant cleanliness level, equipment lifespan with calculator

To calculate potential equipment lifespan based on the cleanliness of the lubricant used in it, the IsoClean calculator has been launched. The tool determines the levels of particle contamination that are typical for a specific situation. Following a simple three-step process, the tool collects all the relevant information of an operation's industry, equipment type and components, as well as the conditions that are relevant to the lubricant used. Based on the data selected, the calculator delivers a customized results report that compares the target ISO Cleanliness Code to the current one, visuals of the magnified patch samples of each, and projected lifespan of the equipment.
