With more individuals requiring local government care and assistance - from housing providers, adult social care and health organisations, there has been a real shift in both talent and end-user demands. As anyone involved in adult care will recognise, the challenge of moving from pure personalisation of services to a more holistic approach to care has already begun. Identifying strategic solutions that address the real barriers to success is an increasingly common challenge. For example, society has developed an ubiquitous narrative, presenting ageing and the growth in older adults as a problem needing to be fixed.
