PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a community-based integrated care service system which integrally operates various operations and services including a care insurance service in an autonomous body and a community-based integrated care service promotion method.SOLUTION: By using a database 10 in which basic data, care insurance data, medical insurance data on each resident held by an autonomous body and particular data including measures taken by the autonomous body are integrated, a current state analysis part 31 calculates values of a plurality of indexes preset in order to achieve objectives of a specific measure for each calculation unit and captures the magnitudes of differences and deviations from the average among the calculation units for each index on the basis of the value of each calculated index. An issue extraction unit 32 extracts an index presenting a large difference and calculation unit(s) having a large number of indexes presenting large deviations from the averages on the basis of the magnitudes of the differences obtained by the current state analysis part. The community-based integrated care service system has a check system to draw up improvement measures for indexes presenting large differences and for calculation unit(s) having a large number of indexes presenting the large negative deviations from the average.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
