Tackling staff stress

Local government minister Brandon Lewis told Parliament this week the DCLG is taking a number of steps to combat stress levels in its staff. Mr Lewis highlighted a 'self-test stress indicator tool' to help line managers tackle stress in their team and intranet information pages with health advice for employees.
