Trust pledge to improve after review

The Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has vowed to transform its community services following a recent review of feedback from patients.Improving how care packages are organised so that people can be treated closer to home are under review.The trust is now implementing an action plan in response to the Care Quality Commission's national patient survey findings.
