Providing accessible and high-quality adult learning opportunities which positively impacts on a community is no easy feat. But it's a challenge that Warrington BC's lifelong learning service rose to this year.In just nine months, community cohesion was strengthened thanks to the 'past, present and future project'. Using a partnership approach to deliver engagement activities across the borough, this unique initiative brought learning to life. It has given more than 200 residents a skills and confidence boost, allowing them to contribute to their local economy and community.
