The time is right to re-shape our future

Like many readers of The MJ, I've been employed by the same firm for a long time. Unlike most of them, however, that employer has been me. My company has been, on the whole, very successful - though we've had our share of testing times; we've been supported by some great people and worked with intriguing businesses. We've backed ourselves, and made bad decisions. We've also made more good decisions. And the best of all of those decisions was to remain independent. Why is this relevant to readers of The MJ?
