Land and property assets are key to the delivery of the Council's services as well as its broader ambitions in areas such as employment, housing and infrastructure development. As Head of Strategic Land and Property you will assume accountability for a wide and high profile remit which spans leading the delivery of major land and property developments, implementing a new Asset Management Strategy, and driving forward a capital development programme to deliver strategic place making priorities that ensure that the Council gains maximum customer and economic value out of its land and property holdings and interests.
