Creating public services without boundaries

A clear theme at the Future Forum North event was how technology and connectivity are changing every facet of how we live, work and play - and how this, in turn can be harnessed to support sustainable place-based services into the future. A range of significant, and potentially debilitating, challenges to the public sector, including shrinking budgets and an aging population, were laid out, along with growing needs and expectations.
