Chrome plating

One of the things that really spoils the look of a Mini is poor chrome trim. Improving the brightwork will make a huge difference to the look of any Mini. Choosing how to improve the chrome requires thought; in some cases off the shelf replacements will be the quickest and cheapest method. This is ideal for a daily used or later model Mini but many parts are not available for older and rarer Minis and, even when they are, the quality is often not of the same standard as that of the originally fitted parts. Items such as genuine chrome bumpers for earlier saloon Minis can no longer be found.
