Tom Waddell wants us to thank his wife, Rachel, for making him a wonderful Mini cake for his birthday. Gavin Kearney's girlfriend's mum, Maureen, made this great birthday cake for his 36th birthday, inspired by his 1992 British Racing Green Cooper. Not to be outdone, girlfriend Fiona also made some yummy Mini-inspired cupcakes in the colours of the Irish flag, as Gavin is from Ireland.
