Steve Neumann's son-in-law, Stuart Clark, made this great Cooper cake. Steve says: "He wanted to do something a bit different to a car cake but still keep the Mini theme. It's as dose as I'll getto owning a Cooperfora while!"rnJohn Mclntosh celebrated his 40th with this great cake with Scottish Saltire on the roof. It was based on the last Mini he restored, an E Reg Mini City, around 12 years ago. John's fiancee, Anthea, had it made through 'Fee Flo Yum (Cakes for all reasons)' on Facebook. John is currently restoring a 1990 Mini Racing Green LE.
