Global containerboard production is projected to reach more than 160 million tonnes for 2014-2016, Bill Moore of Moore & Associates explained to attendees at RISI's International Container-board Conference held in Chicago. North American real recovery rates for OCC stand at 65-70 percent, with European and China recovery rates at 70-75 percent and 60 percent, respectively.
