Aluminum Association Appoints Board Chair

The Aluminum Association, Arlington, Virginia, has made several additions to its board of directors and elected a new chair of the organization. The association also announced the winner of its 2019 Marian T. Boultinghouse Award. Marco Palmieri, Senior Vice President and President of Atlanta, Georgia-based Novelis North America, is the newly elected chair for the Aluminum Association. He follows Michelle O'Neill, Senior Vice President Global Government Affairs and Sustainability at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based Alcoa, after her two-year term as chair. Palmieri previously served as the Vice Chair and Second Vice Chair of the association.
