The Board of Directors of Russian Helicopters, a subsidiary of Oboronprom, part of State Corporation Rostec, and a leading global designer and manufacturer of helicopters, elected Vladimir Artyakov, Deputy CEO of Rostec, as its Chairman. Dmitry Lelikov, CEO of Oboronprom, was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board of Russian Helicopters. Also elected to the Company's board were, Dmitry Petrov, CEO of Russian Helicopters; Alexander Mikheev, Deputy CEO of Rosoboronexport; Pavel Osin, First Deputy CEO of Oboronprom; Shiv Khemka, Vice Chairman of SUN Group; Jean-Paul Bechat, Honorary President of GIFAS, the French aerospace industries association; Jean-Loup Picard, independent aerospace and defence consultant; Vladimir Litvin, head of Rostec's Department of Corporate Procedures and Property.
