MOAA is proud of Its record of legislative victories that help military personnel live more fulfilling lives - including military spouses, families, and survivors - such as TRICARE For Life, an end to the Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP) age-62 "widow's tax" offset, and transferability of the Post-9/11 GI Bill. Last year, MOAA successfully encouraged approval of a spousal moving allowance and spouse career support.
