The operating temperature of heat-treatment facilities can be increased in line with the thermal strength of the materials employed. This not only improves quality, for example in the treatment of high-temperature sheet in continuous annealing lines, but also makes for increased cost-efficiency, since such facilities achieve a higher throughput at the same annealing temperature.
