The global community has suffered from war and terrorism for centuries. Human beings have the option of peace or war. So far there has been sufficient capacity of the global community and the global environment to survive the onslaughts of war. But that capacity is running out and the global community must undergo a profound change of culture. It must promote peace and ensure its survival.
