Robin Kofford learned to make sausage more than 38 years ago when her dad Gary Kroeger, owner of Kroeger's Country Meats, imparted his German sausage making skills onto her. Sausage making instruction was just one part of her training to learn the family business - with the plan that she would one day take over.
