摘要

This paper reports the preparation and gas-sensing properties of CdGa2O4. Raw powders of CdGa2O4 were obtained by sol-gel method. The effects of the calcining temperature on the phase constituents were characterized by XRD, and the microstructure was characterized by SEM. The conductance-temperature, gas-sensing properties of CdGa2O4 were investigated. The results demonstrated that CdGa2O4 could be used as a new type of gas-sensing materials that have a high sensitivity and good selectivity to C2H5OH. (C) 2004 Published by Elsevier B.V.
