Reply to Prof. H.N. Psaraftis

Dear Sir, It is very probable that opinions differ on an important issue as this one. However, it is believed that the performed work is well explained in our manuscript, both with regards to methodology, data sources and results. It is acknowledged that different opinions exist, but this should not be construed as confusion nor that our conclusions are not valid. Further debate on this matter is not considered appropriate for a scientific journal, as it is subjective rather than scientific and should be taken in a different forum.
