In 2010 the International Sweets and Biscuits Fair (ISM) will be 40 years old. Just a few years after its start in 1971 as a general trade show with 351 companies, the event had become a multinational trading hub for suppliers from all over the world.rnThe upcoming fair is once again expected to offer a diverse exhibition of products. The fair will feature the premiere of the Convenience Summit event for the international convenience market.
