Italian company Ferrero will continue construction of its production facility in the Vladimir region of Russia following confirmation by a Russian court of Fer-rero's exclusive rights on its Raffaello trademark. The court dismissed Russian confectionery company Landrin s arguments.rnThe conflict between Landrin and Ferrero started in the beginning of 2009 when Landrin launched a new line of chocolate sweets fully simulating the appearance of Ferrero's Raffaello.
