Allergen Handling And Labeling For The Industry

A two-day program, Allergen Handling and Labeling, will be offered by the National Confectioners Association March 24-25, 2009, in the Chicago, Illinois, area. The course is designed for professionals of the confectionery industry to gain a better understanding of food allergens and implement allergen best practices for confectionery. Speakers will include Tom Mackie of Quality & Food Safety Consulting, Anne Munoz-Furlong from FAAN and Steve Taylor from FARRP.
