PMCA in new venue with two Back-to-Basics sessions

PMC As annual production conference will be held April 11 - 13, 2011, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. For the next installment of Back to Basics there will be two sessions. On Monday morning, April 11, from 8:30 until 11:45 Chocolate to Finished Product will feature live demonstrations and sampling to illustrate formulating, moulding and enrobing. On Tuesday afternoon, April 12, from 1:55 until 4:30 Confectionery Centers will be discussed. Brittles, toffees, caramels and fondant creams will be among the types of centers considered and demonstrated.
