Inter-Praline 2011

ZDS, the Central College of the German Confectionery Industry, will hold Inter-Praline 2011 December 13- 15, 2011, in Solin-gen, Germany. This biennial international meeting will focus on trends in the praline market, praline novelties and presentation of new technologies and raw materials in lectures and demonstrations. There will be supplier and product exhibitions as well as practical demonstrations. Simultaneous translation in English, German and French will be available. The target audience is R&D, quality assurance, technical application, production and marketing.
