PMCA will hold its Panned Confections workshop Tuesday, March 5 through Friday, March 8, 2013, at the Warrell Corporation, in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. The course will offer instruction on all facets of the panning process for chocolate, hard, soft and hot panned products.
